Martha's Tears

Erm... so I made icons. Like, a lot of them. I didn't mean to, exactly? I mean, I did. Kinda. It started off with "I have these Number One icons leftover from a custom batch for someone, and I should do some more icons to make a proper icon post" and then this happened. For context, it started happening about 12 hours ago, and then just kept happening every few hours until, well... THIS.

The other day I got this crazy idea to reproduce the Reboot posters using cartoon versions of the characters made at www.faceyourmanga.com's manga avatar generator. Of course, once I made the two main posters - Kirk, Spock, Uhura, McCoy, Sulu, Chekov, Scotty (and I added Chapel instead of Nero) - I started to get pissed off as always at the lack of women, and the result is these two wallpapers (and a lot of icons).



Freely shareable and no credit necessary for the icons, since they are not really my own art. Information and photos for the mental fantasy cast I used to make the avatars is also under the cut.

So I have seen fan fiction of Nyota Uhura, Janice Rand, ( currently writing one myself but in NuTrek) Christine Chapel, Gaila, Amanda Grayson,
Number One ( Eure- ) and in a discussion I came across this name.Lt Charlene Masters
The thing is, now that I am starting to write fanfiction, I am trying to do research on other Trek females. And I came across her.




I found out on Memory Alpha that she was
was a Starfleet Sciences division officer with engineering responsibilities aboard the Enterprise in 2267.

Yay !! with her own assistant GO Charlene!!!

And well this is wonderful cause it gives me another woman to play with. Janice, Christine and Nyota went on ascending higher positions and status in Starfleet after the tv show/ 5 year mission ended.

So are there any other obscure trek women I am missing out on? Of whom I can find insperation and weave a tale about in the Nu Trek Alt U?
