Summary: Takes the events of the movie, but gives them a Girl!Spock/Boy!Uhura twist (Well, and a few more twists that result from that tiny change).
A/N: I started this story before, and went about it the way I usually do: 1 chapter at a time and then posting. But now that I write in 15/30 minute blocks, it wasn't working. I went off on tangents before I could stop myself. So I wrote the whole thing without posting and then edited. I think this version is much better (and hey, it's finished so you never have to worry about me abandoning it -- although I still have to break out the actual chapters).

Chapters 1, 2 & 3 are basically the same as they were before, but they're smoother, and some changes that affect the plot are noted in the Authors Notes.

Chapter 4 is different after the first few graphs.
